The adjustable modulator valve allows you to adjusts light & part throttle shift points approximately 2-4 mph & shift firmness. It does not affect wide open throttle shift points. With this kit you can remove the factory type soft shift which is responsible for increased wear on the clutch packs and replace it with a firm performance type shift which can extend the life of your transmission.
